"Even though you knew that due to my problems with another tech you would not be receiving a fee for the information you offered, you took the time to reply and offer some great advice. I guess I knew I had the motor at the wrong place but I was already into them for a lot of cash and time. Based on your advice I hooked the boat up and towed it out of their the same day. As a retired Police Officer (36 years) it has been rare to find someone as straight shooting and honest as you were in your answer. Thank you very very much for some wonderful advice."

"Outboard Doctor was willing to help me and get me pointed in the right direction even though he doesn't work on Nissan engines. Keep up the great work! Thanks, your fellow boater."

I took my boat in to the service shop, and they checked it out and said I needed a worm gear to pump the oil. Cost $3,000.00. I also had a grinding noise in the lower unit of my Mercury 135 Black Max, again the service department said they needed to take the lower unit apart $270.00 I found the Boat Doctor on the internet and contacted him. After a couple of phone calls my bass boat was fixed! Total cost $81.50 for both problems. Turned out my problems were no more than a hairline crack in the oil cap and a linkage adjustment."
Thank You very much Ben, I will tell all my friends here in Indiana about your service.

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU again Ben. I called today about my prop not turning on my Johnson 40 horse motor. Not only did you easy my worries and fix my problem but you probably saved me a trip to the mechanic as well! I called you on a Sunday evening not expecting to get anyone but an answering machine and was shocked that I was talking to a real person, you. May God bless you and I thank Him for putting a passion in your heart to help people have a good time out on the water. Ill send you a picture of my first lunker this year."
Again, God bless you and yours,
Nathan Conner
